Shipping
Each order is lovingly prepared by our little team of merchant mice- please allow 2-3 business days for your treasures to be wrapped, packed and made ready for their journey.
The delivery time shown at checkout reflects how long your parcel will take once it leaves our hands, not from the moment your order is placed- so do allow a little wiggle room while our mice scurry about behind the scenes!
All of our handmade signs will be shipped within 7-14 business days from receipt, providing you can confirm the email proof we will send you in that time.
All domestic shipping will be made with Royal Mail, however some items may be shipped with an alternative courier depending on the size/ weight of the order, unless the “pick up” option is selected at checkout.
International Shipping
As the products we stock come in various sizes and weights, we charge a flat rate of £30 for all orders purchased outside of the UK. Any shipping overcharges will be refunded once order has been dispatched. It may take up to 7 working days to arrive in your bank. For any shipping undercharges (for lamps, heavy items etc), we will contact you by the contact details given at the time of ordering for the outstanding shipping costs to be made, and how to make payment. Order will not be shipped until the full shipping cost has been made.

For any returns and damages of orders, this must be made known to us 14 days from date of dispatch. Any claims made after this will not be reimbursed and no refund will be given.
any custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from us, but we know sometimes things don’t always go to plan and you may want to return your item. We are happy to except returns up to 14 days of receiving your goodie for a full refund, excluding original delivery costs. Please note that all items returned MUST be in all of its original packaging including all product tags/labels in the condition it was received. Failure to do so may mean a refund will not be given. For any damages, this must be reported to us 14 days from shipping date otherwise no claims or refunds will be given.
Please note that we currently do not offer free returns.
If you would like to return an item, please call us on 01773 851255 or email us on primsistersorders@outlook.com so we can arrange this for you. It is up to you to cover the delivery costs for returning your item, unless your goodie is faulty. You can also pop down to the shop to return your purchase.
